Day 4 201.2 Started the HCG Diet....again! I know

R1 P2 Day 4

Day 04- A habit that you wish you didn’t have

Nail Bitting.

Well i started this round at 204lbs.  How did this happen, even when i was at my heaviest i was 198lbs and within 2 months its been 205lbs and all  my tailored skirt seams are just stressed out because i now have to force myself in.  My husband gives up when he can't zip it up for me without the risk of  breaking the zip. Recently, i was going out to lunch with my colleague so we stopped by the Ladies room and then i couldn't pull the skirt up over my thigh.  i tried and the slit ripped - oh my God!.  My colleague Elsie had to get everything - stapler, cellotape (no idea what to do with that!), paper clips.  I stapled  it together with 3 staple pins and managed to sit still till it was time to go home.  That was it, enough!

What wouldn't i give to be a size 14 right now, size 12 would be Brilliant! one thing at a time.

In January 2013, i will be celebrating 15 years of marriage to a wonderful man and i want to be at a 20lbs loss by then.  He is always complaining that i am working too hard and not paying enough attention to my health.  This troubles him so much sometimes he gets upset about it.  So even though we have 47days left to the end of the year, i want to use 40 days out of it to get rid of at least 20lbs.  It would be great to be 20lbs lighter on my 15th wedding anniversary by God's Grace.

Lunch:  Chicken Breast and Lettuce with mustard and honey dressing.

Just getting under 200lbs is a major challenge, its not falling off as i expected which scares me that those fat have really settled in and this was going to be my normal weight for a few years till it rises again.  I am not going to do this to myself,  looking back i am nothing like the image i had in my younger days.  I remember when everyone were pushing me towards modelling - tall, skinny, long neck, square jaw.  Then it all went pear-shaped as soon as i started trying for a child after i got married - discovered i had PCOS. chey! common ....give me a break!
