Making progress

Well, now my sister has joined in and we have been encouraging one another and are losing more than we even anticipated. At the moment i am now 13st 9lbs, last week i was 14st 2lbs, back in may 16th, i was 14st 9lbs - so i am so happy that i can finally see the reduction and i do feel better though.
