Well, my second day went well, i thought the peanut flapjack was bad, the coconut was no different. so i have 8 to turn nextweek i cannot even manage it. I am not as hungry as i thought i would be, since i am on nightshift i was afraid everyone popping down to Asda to get snack would get to me - i just plugged into my ipod and deafened myself to the offers to eat something, i didnt tell the guys that i was on a VLCD crazy diet, but my shift partner knows and supports me also.
The challenge now comes on my days off, which starts tomorrow - 4days. I am planning to take some sewing stuff with mom to keep busy. And i plan to start walking from Belvedere to Abbeywood at least once a day to aid my weight loss, and also to give my dogs their much needed exercise. They are a handful together, so i will have to split it and take one each time and not both of them like i used to do.
I have been drinking my water as prescribed but not exactly measuring it, but i have a 500ml bottle of water before and after each shake. And Oh my Lord! the toilet being adjacent to my bedroom is so handy now.
